Thank you for your interest in working with me! Please take the time to read through the following terms and conditions. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.

1. Ownership and Copyright
   As the artist, I retain full ownership and copyright of all my artwork. No one may use my artwork for any purpose without my written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, reproduction, distribution, or use in commercial ventures.

2. Payment Terms
   Payment is required upfront before I begin any commission. I do not begin any work without full payment. Please ensure you are comfortable with this policy before proceeding.

3. Refunds
   I generally do not offer refunds unless under special circumstances. If a refund is necessary, we will discuss the situation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Revisions and Changes

   • Sketch or Lineart Phase: Changes are allowed during the sketch or lineart phase.

   • Coloring Phase: Any revisions during the coloring phase that are not color-related will incur an additional fee. Please ensure you are satisfied with the design before this stage.

   • Excessive Revisions: If you require five or more revisions, additional fees will apply.

5. Editing My Work
   Please do not edit or alter my artwork in any way. This includes cropping, adding filters, or making changes to the original composition. If you want any adjustments, please ask me directly.

6. Commission Information
   To ensure I can create the best possible artwork for you, please provide a detailed reference image and any specific instructions such as:

   • Subject of the artwork

   • Desired pose, expression, and outfit

   • Background details

   • Additional information or preferences

7. Behavior and Respect

   • Rude or Disrespectful Clients: Any rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and the client will be blocked.

   • Discriminatory Behavior: Any form of racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, or bigotry will result in immediate blacklisting. This includes any form of hate speech or harmful behavior directed at others.

8. Right to Decline
   I reserve the right to turn down your commission for any reason. If your request involves content that is on my "won't draw" list or something that makes me uncomfortable, the commission will be instantly declined.

9. Deadlines
   If you require a specific deadline, you must inform me before I accept the commission. Requests for deadlines will incur an additional fee due to the increased priority.

10. Progress Updates
    I will provide regular updates as I work on your commission. However, if you require extra updates or have any questions, please feel free to ask. I am happy to communicate and ensure your satisfaction.

11. Blacklist Policy
    If any of the above terms and conditions are violated, you will be blacklisted from future commissions. This includes disrespectful behavior, failure to follow these terms, or any actions that make me uncomfortable.

12. Commercial Use
    If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, advertising), an additional fee will apply. This should be discussed before commissioning.

13. Personal Use
    You are welcome to use my artwork for personal use, such as for profile pictures, prints, or social media posts. However, commercial use without proper licensing or additional payment is strictly prohibited.

14. NFTs and AI
    Under no circumstances may my artwork be used for NFTs or AI purposes. This includes using my work to train AI or in any other way that would support or benefit AI projects.
